How to Order

Order online with complete confidence.

We have partnered with PayPal Merchant Services, a leading payment gateway, to offer safe and secure credit card and electronic check transactions for our customers.

The PayPal Payment Gateway manages the complex routing of sensitive customer information through the credit card and electronic check processing networks (see an online payments diagram). The company adheres to strict industry standards for payment processing, including: 

  • 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology for secure Internet Protocol (IP) transactions.
  • Industry leading encryption hardware and software methods and security protocols to protect customer information.

We accept the following forms of payment online:

Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number -- the address and phone number your credit card company has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order.

Unless otherwise indicated, all shipments come from our Customer Resource Operations Center in Austin, Texas.


We also accept credit cards via phone and fax.

Simply place an online order, select the Check / Wire Transfer option, then Phone or FAX us with:

 

  • The printed copy of your order confirmation page, or your Order Number and name.
  • A copy of the front and back of your credit card along with the number and expiration date written or typed in case we cannot read it from the card.
  • Your signature

We accept personal checks, company checks, cash, and the occasional Franklin's Barbecue brisket.

Simply place an online order, select the Check / Wire Transfer option, then mail your payment with a printed copy of your order confirmation page to:

Please write your order number on the check.

For personal and company checks, we will process your order after the funds clear. Please allow 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. (However we will process and ship sooner if the funds clear faster.)
