Unless otherwise indicated, all shipments come from our Customer Resource Operations Center in Austin, Texas.

We also accept credit cards via phone and fax.

For your convenience, you have the option to place your orders directly through phone or fax. When placing an order via phone or fax, please have the following information ready:

• Your name and any order details you may already have.
• Your credit card information for payment processing.

It's important to provide your exact billing address and telephone number during the call—the same address and phone number your credit card company has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order.

We accept personal checks, company checks, and cash.

For those preferring traditional payment methods, Netgate accommodates payments via personal checks, company checks, and cash. To utilize this option:

1. Complete your online order and select "Check / Wire Transfer" as your payment method.

2. Mail your payment along with a printed copy of your order confirmation page to the following address:

Please write your order number on the check.

Orders paid by personal or company checks will be processed once the funds have been cleared. Typically, this requires 10 banking days from the receipt of your check. However, should the funds clear sooner, we will expedite the processing and shipment of your order accordingly.

Netgate accepts Government and Educational Purchase Orders.

For Government and Educational Purchase Orders (P.O.s) to be accepted by Netgate, please ensure the following is included on your P.O.:

• "Net30 Terms" clearly stated.
• Total order amount, including shipping and tax.
• Both Netgate's and the Purchasing Company's contact details.

Netgate's sales terms are final and detailed at Netgate's Legal Purchase Terms, which cannot be superseded by any other terms.
